In the field known as “stained glass”, owner Guillermo Raynié of Devidrio has worked in Argentina since being classically trained in France in 1991, where he discovered this ancient craft.
From there, he has studied different techniques while visiting numerous craftsmen located in Argentina and Chile, including master glassmakers who inspired Guillermo’s knowledge from France to blossom. After some years of apprenticing, in 1998 Guillermo opened his stained glass creation and restoration company in San Juan, Argentina.
From there, he expanded to Québec in 2003, and since then he has worked on many important projects in the Trois-Rivières area, notably for creating the stained glass art for St. Jeanne d’Arc Church in Shawinigan-Sud and working on project MargiArt, a historical stained glass of the city of Trois-Rivières.
In 2005, he opened a new workshop for glass crafts making and decorations, thermoforming and glass fusion, as well as stained glass creation and restoration. In the Province of Quebec, Guillermo Raynié is recognized as a professional artist by the Craftsmen Council.
Today, Devidrio offers a plethora of creative possibilities through glass. This company will certainly leave you awe-struck with its craftsmanship of glass in its most pure and brilliant forms.
